We had the amazing opportunity to work with Erica Johnston, founder of Pemberley Rose, a company offering chic, high style, children’s haute couture. Beach Lion creative director, Mike Nolasco, created illustrations which were produced on material ranging from room wallpaper, sheets and pillows, crib sheets, to even art prints produced by using a printing technique from the late 1800s. From a bunny sitting on an elegant chair, to a vintage motorcycle and roadster, to a classic rocking horse, the illustrations are chic, fun, whimsical, and minimalistic in style.
As described on the Pemberley Rose website, "Charming hand-drawn illustrations combined with the crisp simplicity of linen and lush velvet give a nod to tradition, but with a cool touch of edge." It's no wonder the illustrations and Pemberley Rose’s products have been highlighted in various popular publications such as Vanity Fair, Vogue, Architectural Digest, Lonny, and more.
